Stop blaming Corbyn for Brexit The Trustees of The Gandhi Foundation agreed to offer him our International Peace Award in recognition of his consistent efforts over a 30-year Parliamentary career to uphold the Gandhian values of social justice and non‐violence. Besides being a popular and hard‐working constituency MP he has made time to speak and write extensively in support of human rights at home and worldwide. The rumour on the political circuit is that "New Labour" Blairites are about pull off another leadership challenge with avid remainer Lord Andrew Adonis being the challenger and chances are he will win.  “Lord Adonis resignation fired a broadside at what he calls ‘populism’ but which other people call ‘democracy’. He doesn’t know much about democracy because his position as a Labour peer was given to him by Tony Blair and has acted as a parasite on the political class ever since” pic.twitter.com/GQwBwhXGyy — George Galloway (@georgegalloway) December 29, 2017 Jeremy Corbyn has said that Labour will not support calls for a second EU referendum.
